Heroes Never Alone is proud to announce our annual Veteran’s Day Dinner, on Wednesday, November 11th, 2026. This cherished event brings our community together to recognize, celebrate, and honor the bravery and sacrifice of the men and women who have served our nation.

Honored Guest Speaker: Jessica Lynch

We are honored to welcome Jessica Lynch as our Key Note Speaker. Jessica served within the U.S. Army and is a former Prisoner of War, from Iraq in 2003. Her courage and resilience have inspired millions. We are grateful to have her share her story with our veteran community and supporters. To help ensure the evening runs smoothly, we will need 4 volunteers to assist with event support.

Join us for Spring Cleanup Day at the Ligonier Campus on Saturday May 16th, 2026, from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM (rain date: Sunday, May 17th). This volunteer event is a great opportunity to serve and help prepare our campus for the spring season.

Heroes Never Alone, in partnership with the Westmoreland County Food Bank, is proud to host a Rucksack Ration Mass Distribution on Monday, June 15, 2026. This outreach event is dedicated to supporting our veteran community by providing essential rations to help meet ongoing needs and ensure no veteran feels alone or unsupported.

Veteran Registration Required

All veterans must be registered in advance in order to receive a rucksack distribution. Advance registration helps us prepare an adequate supply and ensures a smooth, organized distribution process.

Heroes Never Alone is excited to announce our annual Keep The Freedom Ringing Gun Bash, returning on July 11, 2026! This highly anticipated event brings together supporters, friends, and community partners for a full day of fun, exciting prizes, and patriotic spirit—all in support of our mission to serve and support our nation’s veterans. Each year, this event plays a vital role in helping us continue our outreach and programming for veterans and their families.

To ensure the event runs smoothly, we will need 10–12 dedicated volunteers to assist with various aspects of the day. Whether helping with setup, registration, or general event support, volunteers are a key part of making this event a success and creating a memorable experience for all who attend.

Heroes Never Alone is excited to share an upcoming Motorcycle Ride sponsored by American Legion Post 982 on our behalf, taking place on August 15, 2026. This meaningful event brings together riders, supporters, and community partners for a day of fellowship and support in honor of our mission to serve veterans.

Motorcyclists are warmly invited to participate in the ride, and additional details—including start location, route information, and event schedule—will be shared soon.

To help ensure the event runs smoothly, we will need 4–5 volunteers to assist with coordination and day‑of support. Volunteers play a vital role in helping create a safe, welcoming, and successful event for all participants.

Heroes Never Alone is excited to announce our annual Guns & Golf Outing, on September 4, 2026. This highly anticipated event brings together supporters, friends, and community partners for a day filled with friendly competition, great prizes, and patriotic spirit—all in support of our mission to serve veterans.

To help ensure the event runs smoothly, we will need 12–15 volunteers to assist throughout the day. Volunteer roles may include setup, registration, and event support.
