Bringing Veterans Together Through Outdoor Experiences
The great outdoors can provide a powerful place for healing, connection, and renewed purpose. Mission Outdoors brings Veterans together through outdoor experiences that encourage fellowship, build lasting relationships, and provide an opportunity to reconnect with the activities they love.
Through Mission Outdoors, Veterans have the opportunity to participate in guided hunting and fishing trips, hiking, camping, shooting sports, and other outdoor activities at no cost to the Veteran. Rooted in faith and fellowship, the program is dedicated to supporting Veterans as they face the lasting challenges of military service while reminding them that they are never alone.
Outdoor Opportunities for Veterans
Whether it is spending a quiet morning fishing, returning to the woods for a hunt, hiking a new trail, or simply enjoying time outdoors with fellow Veterans, Mission Outdoors is about much more than the activity itself.
These experiences create opportunities for connection, camaraderie, encouragement, and lasting memories while giving Veterans a supportive environment where they can spend time with others who understand the unique experiences of military service.

Helping Disabled Veterans Get Outdoors
Physical limitations should not prevent a Veteran from experiencing the outdoors.
Mission Outdoors is committed to expanding outdoor accessibility for Veterans with severe mobility challenges through the use of our Trac-Chair. Veterans can request to use the chair for hunting opportunities through Mission Outdoors, helping make outdoor experiences accessible that may otherwise be difficult to enjoy.
